Delivery information

Your gift box will be sent in plain packaging. For the majority of our gift boxes we use Royal Mail, however our Whisky and Champagne gift boxes are sent using a courier service. Postage and packaging costs are shown as an additional amount when you place your order. Gift boxes are delivered within three to five working days, following receipt of payment.

We can send the gift box to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If your gift box goes astray in the post please inform us as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements.

Please ensure the delivery address you specify is one where you will be available throughout the day to sign for the goods.

If you need a gift box urgently, or delivery by or on a specific date, we recommend that you request our courier service. Orders received by 12pm on a working day Monday to Friday can be dispatched the same day.
